Many mutual funds start with great aspirations, but often managers are forced into the administrative burdens when they really prefer an investment focus. This mismatch often leads to stunted growth or performance, with the fund failing to reach an adequate scale. We can help:
  • If you are an existing investment manager and would like to exit the advisory relationship;
  • Perhaps you would like to have us take-over administration and you act as as a sub-advisor;
  • You are a larger group with a number of smaller holdings that don’t fit your overall strategy.
In any case, we can either engage in a transaction to become the successor manager, or alternatively, we can manage a process to find a replacement manager or wind-down the fund.
